13^th & 14^th of January	Form one selection exercise	K.C.P.E candidates 2010.	Select qualified candidates for form one class.	Form one selection list and joining instructions.	The form ones to report on the expected dates.
7^th – 11^th Feb 2011	Reporting of form ones	K.C.P.E selected candidates	The selected candidates to report on the given dates.	Admission /class registers	A full form one class.
25^th Feb 2011	Form one orientation	Form one students Orientation.	To introduce the new students to the school system.	.Program..Introduction notes from teachers .	The new students to be introduced t the school rules and regulations.
17^th January 25^th march 2010	-Athletics ( Cross country , Decca & Hepta)	Student participants.	Adeanate preparation for competitions in these activities.	-Inter- house competition results .-Zonal results .-Program .-Certificates.	-participation and winning in various levels of competitions.
4^th March 2011	Form one parents’ orientation meeting.	Form one parent.	Orientation of form one parents to the selection of a P.T.A. representative	-Program . -Minutes. -Attendance list . -Notes from speakers.	Attendance of all form one parents.
7^th March 2011	Staff meeting	Teachers.	K.C.S.E R results analysis.	K.C.S.E RESULTS. -Minutes .	Analysed results .
11^th march 2011	P.T.A Meeting	P.T.A MEMBERS.	Planning for school Activities.	-Minutes . -Invitation letters.	Attendance of all members.
